If the C-9 Fly Fishing Rod and Native Series isn’t enough, we got more styles on the way.
It’s been a while since we have had an update so we figured it was time. All the Kickstarter rods from earlier in the year have been mailed out. If you haven’t received them already, you will be soon. Once we recover from all that, we will open up the online store and officially be open for business. With that in mind, we are already moving on to the next step!
As it stands today, we are looking at one more Kickstarter to launch in January of 2018. With this, we will have specials on the C-9 and N-7, however, we will also include a few new rods. One rod that is on the way, out for testing right now, is an 8-9wt full wells handle with a rod butt, Native Series rod. We are calling this the N-9. If you fish for big fish, saltwater, or steelhead, this is going to be your rod.
Also, we will be launching an entirely new series of rods in this Kickstarter as well. At this point and time, it is still a work in progress but things are moving quickly. This rod series consists of super light, fast action sticks. This will allow for three styles of fishing available through Walton Rods. The C-9’s are medium to medium fast, the Native Series rods, the N-7 and N-9, are species specific, but this new style will only be fast, accurate, and light designed to accommodate multiple species and multiple presentations at a cost anyone can afford. Like all our rods, we will keep the unlimited lifetime warranty as well.
