Wow! We are less than a few hours away from officially launching the Walton Rods brand onto the fishing community. If you’ve been following along for about a year now, you’ve watched us get our feet from the start. It’s been a great ride so far, but now things are getting serious! When the Walton Rods Kickstarter goes live on March 1st, 2017, everything we have worked for goes on full display. After that, it’s all up to the fly fishing community to come together and get in on the action.
If you are one of those waiting for the big day, here is what is in store. First, the Walton Rods Kickstarter Campaign will go live at 9pm Eastern, 8pm, Central on 3/1. This gives plenty of time for all time zones to be able to get in on the early backer rewards. What are those rewards? Well, on top of everything you see below, every early backer that gets a rod will also get a FREE TROUT UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP good for one year.
Otherwise, below is exactly what you will see on the big night when the Walton Rods Kickstarter campaign goes live for 30 days starting on March 1st. However, some small changes may occur. The rods are expected to be delivered in June of 2017.
